Exploring Prague's Old Town Square with My Easy to Use Nikon D3100 DSLR

By Sarah Murray

The Old Town Square in Prague is very centrally located and it is conveniently accessed by a brief stroll from the underground station or tram stop. It is pedestrian access only which tends to make discovering it a joy plus it is surrounded by pubs with tables and chairs outside. Quite a few hundred years ago the ground was just about 3 metres less and as a result, what was during that time ground level of these properties is now in the cellar level . Consequently, it is widespread to discover that these businesses have got substantial further seating downstairs.

On one side edge of Old Town Square lies the most popular attractions within the Czech Republic, the Astronomical Clock. This unique timepiece nonetheless shows the middle ages perspective of the path of the moon & sun on its face. This during a period when planet Earth was viewed as the hub of the whole world with other celestial bodies orbiting it. It had been incredibly dangerous, even suicidal to suggest another explanation. At the| extreme top of the clock, Death appears every hour to hit the chimes and enable the hour glass of time run out. Though still not fully operating since being harmed during WW II~ the second world war, the astronomical clock is certainly really worth a visit.

Having researched about it as well as seeing photographs I was inclined to take pictures of it myself. Employing to begin with an 18-55mm zoom with my Nikon D3100 I was able to record the clock itself. It was not simple to get near so swapping to a 75-300mm lens, and in the absence of a tripod, resting the digital camera on my little girl's shoulder, I was able to obtain close ups depicting the individual figures that embellish the clock.

One of the points I like about DSLRs is the potential to review your images promptly. By this time it had started to snow once more and then we went around to a nearby vegetarian cafe named Country Life for dinner and to take a look at the days pictures. This certain cafe has a buffet, and while I'm certain that the systemmethod is just not one of a kind, we had been shocked to see that you simply filled your plate and were then billed by weight when you reached the till! To pay a visit to this cafe by yourself, find it on happycow.com.

When you are searching for an entry level Digital slr I'd recommend the Nikon D3100 and for much more facts read my Review. The far more advanced user would possibly prefer the professional Nikon D7000. It is possible to visit my website and Studying a D3100 review.
